Associate Agreements Officer
Anne Knapp is an Associate Agreements Officer supporting the Innovation and Partnerships Office (IPO) NIF and Space Program portfolios. With 27 years of experience at IPO, she offers extensive expertise in agreements management across complex program areas. Prior to joining IPO, Anne worked in both patent and general law firms, where she developed a strong foundation in legal and administrative support. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from California State University, East Bay.
Outside of work, Anne enjoys spending time with family, traveling, appreciating architecture, and participating in outdoor activities.
