Nina Potter serves in Intellectual Property and Assurance within IPO, where she manages key aspects of LLNL’s patent portfolio and post-execution licensee compliance. Her extensive expertise in intellectual property and licensing makes her a valued resource for LLNL staff and external partners.
Nina joined LLNL in 1982 and has dedicated the past 31 years to IPO, contributing through her experience, professionalism, and commitment to operational excellence. She values IPO’s collaborative environment and remains focused on strengthening processes, improving efficiency, and supporting team success. She earned both her MBA and her B.A. in Management from Saint Mary’s College.
Outside of work Nina enjoys spending time with her family and three energetic dogs, traveling, swimming, and long walks among the giant Sequoias.
