Joe Corrales is a Senior Business Analyst for Partnerships Technology Enablement at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL), supporting and owning key components of enterprise systems with a focus on systems architecture, reporting frameworks, data governance, and data-driven process optimization. He joined the Innovation and Partnerships Office (IPO) in August 2023. In IPO, Joe leads implementation efforts — translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions — and designing end-to-end workflows across core enterprise platforms including CRM, CLM, and Sophia. He also serves as Product Owner for the Tech Transfer Sophia and CLM tool; driving prioritization, enhancements, and platform direction in alignment with business needs.
Joe brings over 8 years of combined experience in intellectual property services and consulting, with a strong foundation in customer success, implementation, and partnership operations. He is a Six Sigma Lean Green Belt and owns and drives reporting solutions, strengthens data governance practices and standards, and partners with business and technical stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, optimize integrations, and improve operational efficiency and compliance across enterprise systems.
